There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder, CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:

    <span>

           — the residents and family members of Bradley Healthcare &amp; Rehabilitation Center, Cleveland, have spoken. According to a recent survey conducted for the nursing home, 92 percent of residents and families rate their overall satisfaction of Bradley Healthcare &amp; Rehabilitation Center to others as “excellent” or “good.” These results come from Bradley Healthcare &amp; Rehabilitation Center’s recent satisfaction survey conducted by My InnerView, a third-party applied research company, providing leaders in skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior housing with tools to measure, benchmark, and improve performance.

           “We are committed to providing quality care to our residents,” said Scott Oliver, Bradley Healthcare &amp; Rehabilitation Center’s Administrator and Chief Executive Officer. “This feedback allows us to identify our strengths and opportunities so that we can provide a safe, positive, and caring environment for our residents. Having been in business at the same location since 1957, Bradley HealthCare and Rehabilitation Center (BHRC) is a hidden gem for the residents of Bradley County. County-owned and not-for-profit, we are able to make decisions at the local level that impact the patient directly without the cumbersome bureaucracy of corporately managed facilities.”\

    <span>

           The surveys were mailed to residents or their family members, assessing the perceptions of quality of more than 158 people. Surveys were returned to My InnerView for data processing. Oliver states, “BHRC enjoys a tremendous amount of repeat business and we thrive on highly positive comments within our community”. The report also shared that 90 percent of residents and families surveyed rate their recommendation to others as “excellent” or “good.”

           “By listening to the voice of the customer, Bradley Healthcare &amp; Rehabilitation Center has invaluable data to help them improve and deliver a higher quality of care to their residents,” said Neil Gulsvig, My InnerView chief executive officer. “Bradley Healthcare &amp; Rehabilitation Center’s survey results serve as a strong testimony of the good work they are doing. Certainly there is always room for improvement, but satisfaction is high and at the end of the day, the quality of care a resident receives is what matters.”

Unlike the early days of this facility, most of the patients return home after a brief stay in our rehabilitation center,” says Oliver.
